The country’s low-cost airline, Indigo, and GoAir have canceled about 65 flights due to the issue faced by the A320neo aircraft.

An IndiGo flight operated by A320 neo aircraft has suffered an engine failure and made an emergency landing at Ahmedabad airport.

In this IndiGo flight Engine snag, about 186 passengers of an Ahmedabad-Lucknow has escaped.

The director of SVPI, Manoj Gangal have stated that “There was a technical problem with engine number 2 because of which the flight had to head back to SVPI airport. All passengers are safe.”

Also, to minimize the inconvenience of the passengers, Indigo teams swiftly re-accommodated the passengers on alternate flights.

They also fully refunded the fares to the passengers to those who have demanded.

This was not the first time, but recently in a month for about 2 times (9th and 21st of last month), A320 neo aircraft has faced technical issues.
